"Auqi" focuses on the production of electronic heating device and temperature instrument device. Plus we also design and manufacture temperature test instrument of great quality internationally with assembly line of armored cable and a full set of craft devices along with the best techniques. In 1992, the company developed the first assembly line of armored cable nationwide to replace the traditional manufacturing equipments, and thus reduce the cost exceedingly to promote the product volume of which the qualification rate hit international standard. Armored thermocouple, hot resistance and armored electronic heating cable saw a rapid popularization and application after that. Now the company is one of the biggest armor material manufacturer and since 2001 we has been the No.1 in selling market account for 50 per cent of the domestic market.

       The company put an emphasis on manufacturing craft in the producing process so as to enhance the quality of product. Our product have met the standard of IEC(International Electricity Committee) since the implementation of ISO9001.In 2003, the product past the test of EMERSON ROSEMOUNT, and became its partner in supplying a large number of thermocouple and hot resistance. In 2004, the product again secured the approval of manufacturing electronic heating device and temperature sensor for nuclear island after past the test of Atomic Energy Experiment Department of China.

       In the course of company's growth, the company dedicates a large amount of effort both human resource and material one to the study of new product, new craft and advanced equipments. In 2003, we developed self-determined intellectual property right and auto test system of Auto TTS2003 thermocouple and hot resistance, making it possible the realization of auto test demand in a large scale, and it is the first integrated large-size digit intelligent process test system which became the main project for extension through The Association of Instrument of Industry Automation---branch of Instrument of Industry Association of China.

       The company has a number of skilled engineers and workers to provide technique service for customers when possible help is needed. We have supplied thermocouple, hot resistance and electronic heating device to the main project nationwide including QinShan NO.2 Nuclear Power Plant, Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation, China Petrochemical Industry, etc.

The course of development
In 1992

•  Shift manufacture from armored cable material to finished product of thermocouple and hot resistance.

In 1996

• The company moved to Ningbo, and established Ningbo Auqi Auto-Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd. The second generation of armored cable assembly line reached international standard in quality.

• The production saw a broader coverage from armored cable material to thermocouple, hot resistance and heater equipment.

In 2000  

• Started to produce tubular heater

In 2001

• The new factory was built in Ningbo North industry zone with an area of 5000 square meter

• Past ISO9002

• No.1 selling volume in armored material across Chine

• Registered the brand mark ?? ? and launched the strategic plan of quality advancement.

• Started to produce electronic heat ring

In 2002

• The third generation of generation of armored cable assembly line was laid out and hit the international standard following the successful export in huge amount

In 2003  

• Became the managing member company of China's Temperature Instrumentation Professional Association.

• Developed a set of auto-test equipment for thermocouple and hot resistance. Obtained country's new technique patent.
